Farm-Grown Products

Unique and tasty produce grown following organic and permaculture principles. Locally grown from our farm to your plate.

About Us

GET TO KNOW US

We are not your traditional farm.

We are 4 farms in one. The first is a 1/8th acre urban farm tucked into the suburbs of Spring, Tx specializing in baby vegetables, edible flowers, and petite greens. Along with our urban farm is our mushroom production facility.  The second is a 3 acre permaculture food forest farm tucked into the woods of Porter Tx sharing the land with a dog rescue. Our newest grow space is also tucked into a suburban Spring neighborhood utilizing hydroponic beds to grow select lettuces, bok choy, and herbs.

Mission

Our mission is simply to provide fresh, unique, tasty vegetables, fruits, and edible flowers that are hard to find locally. Serving local chefs and our community delicious food in harmony with nature, not trying to bend it to our will to produce out of season food.

Vision

Our vision is to provide fresh, local, and organic food to our neighbors and friends. To do it in a more than sustainable way. Our farm uses flowers and herbs to deter pests, special crops to pull nitrogen from the air and soil, and then return them to the soil. Basically, we follow nature and just try to help it along to produce the best produce we can.

From overgrown vine ridden forest to farm in one months time

March 15, 2019

I had a huge garden at my suburban home but besides providing for my family some herbs and vegetables there really was no way to subsidize my full time job. I looked into every way possible, raised beds, a small greenhouse, aqua culture, hydroponics. Each with their own successes and failures. So when my inlaws said i could clear some land from their property and grow some crops I jumped all over it. Then I walked the property and saw the amount of work that it would take. In the pictures below you will see the progression from forest to farm. I hope you enjoy and see whats possible.
